Croix Homes building going up at 1301 Kipling (corner of Kipling and Graustark) has failed to maintain a safe and clean job site. Mud, sludge from the grout, stucco and paint buckets they rinse out is dumped and flows to the curb and drains. Sand for the stucco was delivered on the public sidewalk and the remains, along with mud, runs into the gutter brings that mess across our driveways and streets. Sidewalk has been unusable for months, forcing us into the street. We've contacted the project manager for many issues. They pay lip service but nothing much actually gets done. It's getting worse rather than better. Construction trucks block the sidewalk, too, and delivery vehicles have blocked our driveways. There seems to be no COH oversight.

This truck has been here since last evening and not moved yet this morning. It is parked a couple of feet over my driveway, impeding our access and making it dangerous to back out, since we can't see past it.

This apartment complex dumps furniture at the curb on a regular basis with no regard for when heavy junk waste pick up is. Currently, there's a sofa at the curb that's been there since before the last heavy yard waste pick-up. Owner needs to be educated about heavy trash pick up days and ticketed when he fails to follow procedure.

On-going problem. I've reported this many times and it has been taken care of many times but it keeps recurring.

There is some bougainvillea planted between the fence and sidewalk. It is untended, grows quickly and overtakes the sidewalk. This plant has 1" sharp thorns on it. It's a nuisance at the location without regular tending or attaching it (espalier) to the fence to keep it out of the path of travel. Pedestrians have to move to the street to avoid getting stabbed by it. PLEASE ask the property owners to AGAIN trim it back (or just remove it).

Damaged vehicle has not moved in weeks. Has not been ticketed. Needs to be ticketed and towed.

Weed in City easement between sidewalk and curb and overgrown on property over sidewalk at North side of property. Pedestrians have to go into the street. This is an-ongoing problem that has been reported for months and it has received no attention. Please advise property owner.

Weeds are taking over the sidewalk and city easement at the north side of the driveway. It is worsening. It has been reported, yet owner has not been tagged.

Trash pick-up missed on West side of 3600 block of Graustark yesterday.

Thorny bougainvilleas overgrown and hampering sidewalk access. This is a recurring issue at this site. Someone ties plastic bags to the branches making it more unsightly. These branches have long sharp thorns. If the can be better maintained they should be removed. They’re hazardous.

Untrimmed bougainvillea with sharp thorns overgrow the sidewalk. I believe these belong to the unoccupied townhouse on the corner of Kipling and Mt. Vernon. Someone has taken to tying plastic bags onto the branches adding trash to the mix. Please ask whomever is responsible for the property to maintain it.

Overgrown thorny bushes on South side of townhouse (along Kipling side) are being filled with trash bags and fast food refuse. Grass at curb is also not maintained.
